Pet Pals Inc. is a member of the American Boarding Kennel Association and our staff attends meetings and seminars frequently that educate us on updated procedures that help us care for your pet.
You will enjoy a friendly welcome from the Pet Pals Inc. staff who understand your pet's need for regular daily care and close individual attention. Outstanding indoor accommodations provide spacious play and sleep areas. All rooms come complete with comfortable beds and linens and our housekeeping service maintains strict hygienic standards to promote the healthful atmosphere that you deserve and desire. All guests will enjoy three daily outside excursions to stretch their legs and do their business. We encourage you to take a tour of our facility anytime during business hours. Pet Pals Inc. also offers a Day Care service. You may drop your pet off in the morning and pick them up before closing so you are free to do whatever and not have to worry about your pet. We also encourage our day care service for guests to prepare them for their first time boarding experience.
Pet Pals Inc. Vaccination Policy for All Lodging and Grooming Clients
For the health and welfare of all our canine and feline guests, owners MUST supply Pet Pals Inc. with one of the following before we will be able to care for your pet.

Veterinary receipt documenting ALL proper vaccinations have been received.

Faxed copy of veterinary receipt showing ALL vaccinations are current.

Telephone verification of ALL current vaccinations from pet's veterinarian.
If this information is not provided, is not current, or if the BORDATELLA vaccination has not been received 7 days prior to your pet's visit, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU AT THIS TIME.
The following vaccinations are required for your pet's visit at Pet Pals Inc.:
CANINE:
Distemper/Parvo Combination - yearly vaccine or yearly titer
Rabies - yearly or three year vaccine
Bordella - yearly or six month vaccine
* If your pet is a frequent guest, either in our hotel or grooming area, it is recommended that this vaccination is received every SIX MONTHS for maximum protection. NO VACCINE = NO SERVICE!
FELINE:
FVRCPP - yearly vaccine
Rabies - yearly or three year vaccine
ALL PETS SHOULD RECEIVE AN ANNUAL FECAL EXAM TO DETECT THE PRESENCE OF INTESTINAL PARASITES
PET PALS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO YOUR PET - IF THIS VACCINATION POLICY IS NOT ADHERED TO.
