BOARDING
FOOD: Pet Pals Inc. prepares a premium diet for your pet twice daily or you may choose to bring along their preferred food and we will prepare it for your pet following your instructions.
MEDICATIONS: Pet Pals Inc. will distribute medications, vitamins, etc., following your veterinarians or your own instructions at no extra charge.
REPORT CARD: Each pet will receive a report card upon departure. The report card lets you know exactly how your pet did during its stay with us. Our staff spends three times per day with your pet monitoring how well your pet is eating and drinking, checking to see if they are having a normal bowel movement and urinating normally, and checking on their personality and physical appearance.
OPTIONS
YAPPY HOUR: Extra outside time and a dish of delicious Frosty Paws ice cream and a biscuit at bedtime.
PLAYTIME: Spending time outside with one of our staff members playing ball or frisbee or just taking a nice leisurely walk.
BON A PETREAT: An additional time outside with a bone shaped popsicle in a variety of flavors that dogs love!
HUG & BRUSH: Extra time outside, an exhilarating mini grooming session, and lots of T.L.C.!
CLEAN UP BATHS: Bath and brush out available upon your request.
GROOMING SALON
Our grooming salon is equipped with state of the art equipment including the Clipper Vac, which controls the hairy mess and also aids in flea control. Pet Pals Inc. also provides The Hydrosurge Bathing System, which massages while bathing and gives relief to guest with dry, flaky and itchy skin. All of our cage dryers blow room temperature air to eliminate any heat exhaustion. Our salon also features The Furminator - a shed-less treatment that helps eliminate 60% - 80% of dead hair.
Our grooming staff consists of 4 professional groomers, each possessing their own creative flair, as well as caring and efficient grooming assistants.
FULL GROOMS: Included in the grooming is the hair cut, a remoisturizing bath, ear cleaning, nail, trim, anal gland expression, and bandana/bows and polish if desired.
BATHS: All animals are bathed with a fresh smelling and conditioning shampoo, and they receive an ear cleaning, nail trim, a thorough brushing, anal gland expression and bandana. Medicated baths and flea bath/treatments may also be given for a minimal fee.
NAIL TRIMS: No appointment necessary! Just come in any time during business hours and our staff will trim your pet's nails while you wait.
GROOMING HOURS: Our staff is available during the day Monday through Saturday. We prefer your pet to be dropped off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon. This ensures a nice rest for your pet between procedures so it does not become a stressful or traumatic day for your pet.
APPOINTMENTS: All grooming and baths are done by appointment only. During spring and summer and for holidays, we recommend that you call early, as these are our busiest times of the year.
LODGING
Holiday and Peak Season (Memorial Day) is $1.00 extra per night. Make your reservations early to guarantee a space. Multiple pets discount available.
